Heavenly Father, You are the Architect
and Creator of all things Holy,
hear our prayers for our new Social Center.
Send forth Your Spirit
that we may humbly be guided by Your Divine Will.
Touch our hearts with true generosity
to raise up a space for our community
to encounter You outside of Mass,
to provide opportunities to walk with each other in faith,
and to draw others into relationship with You.
We ask this in Jesus' Name.

The San Damiano Cross is the cross St. Francis of Assisi was praying before when he received the commission from the Lord to rebuild His Church. The original cross currently hangs in Santa Chiara (St. Clare) Church in Assisi, Italy.
A replica of the San Damiano Cross sits on the main altar of our church evoking our connection to our patron saint and it serves as a daily reminder that we too have been commissioned by the Lord to rebuild the Church.
At the most elemental level, we are called to bring people into relationship with Christ. And sometimes it involves erecting physical buildings.
