Thanksgiving Day Mass at 9:00 AM

Our Thanksgiving Day Mass will be celebrated in the church this coming Thursday, November 23, 2017 at 9:00 AM . We hope you can join us. If not, know that our prayers are with you as you travel and as you spend time with family and friends.
Bishop Mitch has offered the following prayer as a suggestion for our prayer at table on Thanksgiving:
O Gracious God, we give You thanks for Your overflowing generosity to us. Thank You for our home and family and friends, especially for those gathered here today. Thank You for the blessings of the food we eat and especially for this feast today. Thank You for our health, our work and our play.
Open our hearts to Your love so we may help those who are hungry, alone, sick and suffering war and violence. We gratefully remember too, our family members and loved ones who are not here with us physically and celebrate the gift which they have been and continue to be for us. May we live this and every day grateful for all that has been given to us.
We make this prayer as we do all things through Christ our Lord. Amen.
Elizabeth Smola passed away earlier this year. Eternal rest, grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. Wilfrid Victor Roy (“Will” or “Bee”), 77, of Belchertown, MA, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2025, surrounded by his loving family at Mercy Medical Center. Theresa Simone Murray, born Pepin on August 24, 1934, in Chicopee, MA, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2025, at the Arbors in Westfield. Sheilamae M. (Marchessault) Cole, 86, of Ware, MA, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on April 4, 2025. On February 24, 2025, six days after her 85th birthday, Patricia Ann (DeSantis) Squires passed away at Cooley Dickinson Hospital following a brief illness.
