Altar Servers
Altar Servers assist Father at Eucharistic liturgies such as Sunday Mass, funerals, and weddings.  Children and adults who have received their First Communion become eligible to participate.  Contact [email protected]

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion
Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharistic assist in the distribution of Communion at Mass and to those who are homebound, in the hospital or assisted living/nursing homes. Contact [email protected]

Music Ministry
‘To sing is to pray twice.’ Music is a large part of our worship and celebrations. The choir sings at the 4 PM Mass each Saturday from September through June. Rehearsals are held Monday evenings from 7-8:30 PM. Our choir is always seeking new members and cantors.

Catholic Life Band
Assisting with the Sunday 5:30 PM Mass in conjunction with the Religious Education year, this band is always looking for new members. They meet on Tuesdays at 7 PM in the Church to rehearse praise and worship music. Contact Melissa Hurst at [email protected]

Ushers
Ushers have the ministry of creating an atmosphere of welcoming by greeting parishioners, assisting with seating, and taking up the collections.  This ministry is open to all adults and young adults of the parish.  Contact [email protected]

Offertory Procession
There is an Offertory Procession during each of the weekend Masses.  Anyone wishing to present the gifts in the procession should notify the usher at least ten minutes before the Mass is scheduled to begin.

Livestreaming Ministry
Each weekend the 4 PM Mass is livestreamed to our YouTube channel, Facebook page and website for those who cannot join us in person. Additionally, a recorded version is broadcast on Sunday at 4:30 PM over the Belchertown Community channel 191. Daily Masses, as well as special Masses are also livestreamed.
